COURSE DESCRIPTION

This four day course will enhance the capability of the law enforcement officer responsible for dignitary protection.  The course will focus on conducting both low visibility and high visibility protection operations including the application of principles and fundamentals associated with the organization of the protective detail, security perimeters, protective security formations, the advance agent/ site survey, motorcade operations and vehicle procedures, and reacting to low threat and high threat situations. This course goes beyond providing an understanding of protection operations and more.  It provides the exercises and practice needed to develop skills that can be applied immediately upon completion of the course.
