TOTAL HOURS: 20 (two days) DATE: March 12-13, 2012 LOCATION: Logan,Utah (Hosted by Cache CSO) TUITION: $275.00 per student
This two day course is specifically designed for first responders, field supervisors, lieutenants, captains and any administrator responsible for decision making during the law enforcement critical incident. This unique course is scenario driven with role players replicating realistic incidents which initially involve first responders requiring proactive decision making, command and control, communications as well as the appropriate application of force. The scenarios will then escalate, necessitating additional resources (SWAT) and the establishment of the Staging Area incorporating the Tactical Operations Center (TOC) and Negotiators. This course incorporates the Incident Command System (ICS) at all levels. Concepts and processes discussed and incorporated into the scenarios during this course are suitable for agencies of any size and for critical incidents of varying complexity and scope.
