COURSE DESCRIPTION
This five day course is a skill developing, intensive training course for those individuals responsible for any level of leadership, supervision, command, coordination, or training for a tactical team. Detailed information will be presented regarding personnel selection, establishing basic and advanced training programs, selection and use of specialized tactical equipment, and command and control with respect to Immediate Action Rapid Deployment (active gunman), High Risk Warrant Service, Hostage Rescue, and Barricaded Subjects. How to establish and operate an effective Tactical Operations Center, developing optimum teamwork characteristics, tactical planning and tactical leadership methods and techniques will also be presented. This course goes beyond providing an understanding of principles and theory; it provides the mechanics and "how-to" that can be applied immediately upon completion of the course. DON’T MISS IT!!

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS· Safety glasses · Hearing protection · Duty holster with handgun-100 rounds · Shoulder-fired entry weapon (if issued) – 50 rounds · Noise flash distraction device (if issued) –2 per student · Body armor · Light source · Clothing suitable for outdoor tactical training · Any other individual tactical equipment issued
